The usual process we follow with you is:
- You send us your request by email, telephone or chat. I.e. ‘I am interested in USB powerbanks or smart wearables, tell me what you have.” or “http//www.your_item_link.com”
- We acknowledge your request within 12 hours.
- We produce and send back to you a quote within the next three (3) days our acknowledgment or receipt. In the quote you will find products, prices, indicative shipping costs and our terms and conditions.
- You reply with questions or whatever other clarification you may need.
- Once you are satisfied, you send us the final details and shipping requirements via email to finalize the order.
